Unknown bike any info

I have just bought a bike and started building it frame has no branding bery curious I have found similar bikes saracen and planet x frames but I'm unsure on this one

Doesn't look very retro, I would think you'll want to be in the modern retro section of 98+, flagged for a move
 
it's a planetX jack flash I think. 98-99 ish.
On a jack flash the gusset at the top of the seat stays should have an X shape cut out. 98 - 99ish is right though. There were lots of these frames under many brands back than all probably sourced from the far East, I've still got my Jack Flash long top tube model I've had from new. They all build into good nimble jump/dirt/street bikes. The Zoom forks look chunky but will soon fail if you give them a hard time particularly in the mud.

Fairly sure the zoom forks are only 80mm of travel which for the shear size and weight of them was pants. Its also to short for the frame.

Yes, you are right the x is missing, everything else is pretty spot on though. I remember there was a few company's that sold very similar but who they are now is beyond my brain power.
