BB threads are good.
These were only available for a year or so - 1995 - and were a development of the Boralyn frames, which were sold alongside them.
They have a reputation for 'stiff like aluminium, but rides like titanium ', or some such marketing guff.
If you have a smaller one I'd be interested in a swap.
