Tyres question ( probably been posted a thousand times)...

Looking for recommendations on (more) puncture-resistant 700x23 or 25 tyres. For Khamsin clincher wheelset, and am road riding with plenty of pothole dodging and flint / chipping crap (that’s getting me vexed.)
Will be using for weekend rides, so no great distances first off - however am looking at moving down from 28’s on the commute bike (currently running Vitorria Randonneur’s which am well pleased with)
And finally, not to pricey (am on a real budget :)
Thanks all in advance.

Michelin Pro4 Endurance. Two years and only a couple of cuts. During a tour two years ago we ended up having to do a whole load of mileage on unsurfaced tracks - no trouble, cuts or damage at all. They roll faster than GP4Seasons too!

Ah, ok, that's useful, cheers @hamster.
They're a bit spendy (for a cheapskate like me) but I think I'll save up for a pair...

Typically they start getting discounted from now on as people shift to summer tyres. IIRC I got them for £40 a pair including tubes in around May.
If you need something to get yourself on the road I have a part worn 23c combo of GP4 Season and Gatorskin you can have for £10 posted.

Really impressed with Panaracer Race A Evo's on my winter steed.
Only 23c but they seemed to be quite sturdy, best bit was that they actually grip unlike Gator Skins etc.

I'm rural Somerset so my winter bike looks like a crosser most of the time! If they survive the chip-seal, flint and young-farmers-car-accident-and-beer-bottle-glass they are okay by me!
