Turquoise bartape

Anyone know if it even exists? Bianchi Celeste is too light in colour for what I need. Have asked in every LBS I've passed for the last two months and as yet, nothing

I really don't want to just use black or white, and turquoise would be the perfect finishing touch...

Been there, seen those... Most are bianchi Celeste, which is too light, and the others I've not been able to see in person, and I don't trust the internet pictures - they're probably all Celeste too...

If you want what is not made then get some white cotton handlebar tape and some fabric dyes, then mix the colour you are after.
After wrapping, use clear shellac (it is almost clear, so experiment with that on test samples) to preserve the colour.
