The cobwebs were thick and the dust so deep it was obvious not bicycle wheel had passed this way for quite some time.................somewhere in the distance a dog howled

Blimey its quiet in here these days, even OCP, Ploughboy and Rob are not slagging each other off without mercy :?

Are ye deid ????

Post up if still alive:-

Velomaniac - still too many projects and none near completion

Too busy taking my bike for a walk...

Was at Loch Ness side when I thought it would be a "good idea" to go straight up the hill and join on to the Great Glen Way.

Wasn't such a great idea. :)

Re:

So you were Rough Stuff Fellowshipping then. Briefly I was a member and the bi-monthly news letter invariably showed someone pushing a bike uphill, seldom a photo existed of anyone actually riding

Guilty as charged. Long-term member - see myself more as RSF than mtb. Was thinking of submitting an article.

You've got to be off the bike to take the photo, so it's likely the pics will be walking ones. :)

A yes but the photos I seen did involve a person pushing a bike not just the bike leaning against something as yours show. RSF were not in favour of action shots, maybe seen as trying too hard !

Re:

Another RSF member here, who the hell thought up 'that' name
I'm embarrassed every time I say RSF it sounds like some kind of homosexual masochistic cult

Just call me Frodo Biggins, oo'er

Re:

Well velo, me and Keith were in Kelty Wids on Sunday for around 3 and a 1/2 hours, the usual mix 2 thirds riding with 1 third trail adjustment/maintenance, yapping and err....breathin oot oor arses.

Then on Tuesday I was once again in The Wids with 2 of my climbing mates. My usual climbing partner isn't an MTBer, he says this himself, but the other guy is, he has a Kona Coiler. This time it was half and half riding and yapping/breathin oot oor arses. Oh, and for once I was the young ain.

Tuesday night I had a run round Lochore Meedies with a group from Kinross CC. It's the first time they've done this, they're for the most part roadies :p but one of them I knew, as we used to play together for Kinross RFC. He gave me a go on his Specialized 29er, it felt weird.

I was a tad knackered today, need tae get my energy back for Friday night at Glentress.

And Rob, whit dae ye mean, "it sounds like"? Ya bunch o' bufties. ;)

^^ See above velo, for the obligatory slagging of Rob.

Work getting in the road for me......mental busy and then knackered at night, hardly on the tinterweb the now.

Looking forward to Friday nicht
