Sorted Triple groupset

Right, am thinking what my touring build needs is a nice triple setup.
Does anyone have something languishing in the parts bin/palace they’d like to move on?
Need shifters / brifters / barenders, chainset, bb, both mechs (bolt-on f/m in old money 28-odd mm size.)
Probably postage
Also, budget rather than grand-cru-velo-orange bling

I've got this new Miche with a 135/74mm BCD, came to me new with the Miche 52/42 rings, just needs spacers, bolts and an inner ring.

I have a set of Sora 9spd triple STI and a reasonable Truvativ triple chainset if interested

Got 3x9 micronew (same as microshift afaik) brifters, almost new condition.
30/40/50 Stronglight Impact Sq taper cranket - excellent condition, very little wear.
105 triple FD (34.9 diameter from memory)
A box with 9 speed RDs.
