Well, I thought it was only the one pair he had, so I mailed and offered £50 posted if he'd take them off eBay. 'No problem' he said, 'I've got three pairs'.

And then the auction made buttons.

But still, I got the forks I wanted with relative ease for a price I'm not uncomfortable with.
