Trek FX 7.3 fx ( brought sept 2014) lightweight hybrid bike in superb condition aprart from a couple of stone chips but not obvious.
allways kept indoors when at home or at work and hardly used in wet weather.
cleaned, polished each week without fail.
this is the large 57cm sloping frame (22.5 inch) ideal if you are 6 foot or above (am 6ft-3). there is plenty of adjustment either way on the seat post and stem.
Every item has been upgraded or changed to my personal taste to make the bike different to anybody else's bike, it gets comments most days.
it has pannier front and rear pannier racks for those touring types out there.
I have spent a fortune buying and upgrading the bike to make it what it is now.
It has got the following upgrades fitted.. much lighter and balanced.
Shimano r500 wheelset.
Michelin pro 3 tyres with continental supersport tubes.
Shimano slx rear cassette 28-11 ratio, was 32-12 which was pointless.
Shimano xt rear mech, was alvio.
Shimano xt 9 speed 3x9 2 way shifters, was alvio.
Shimano xt v brakes with xt pads, was tektro.
Shimano xt front shadow mech, was alvio.
Kmc superlight hollow chain, was shimano deore.
Lizard skins red lick on grips, was bontrager ergo grips.
Lizard skins chain guard protector.
Alloy red bolts were possible, were heavy steel ones which rust.
Wellgo magnesium pedals with custom end caps, were wellgo cage pedals.
Sks mudguards,
Thomson seat post, was bontrager (known to fail at clamp area-recalled by trek)
Thomson seat post collar, was steel bontrager.
Thomson 130mm stem, was bontrager item.
Thomson custom red stem clamp. also have black thomson item if you would rather have that
Thomson custom red top cap, was bontrager steel top cap. also have black thomson
FSA after burnet flat bars, was heavy bontrager nebula risers (still have these).
lightweight Tioga bar ends.
Alloy red stem stack collars.
Jagwire red cable outers throughout with Shimano xt inner cables and jagwire cable protector liner,
Red ferrules.
FSA bottom bracket.
Deore brake levers, was nasty alvio combi shifters.
Topteak saddle bag and bottles not inc.
Velo pro sport saddle with titanium rails, was heavy wide bontrager saddle.
Twin elite bottle cages not included unless full or near to asking price is met.
Everything was brought new in the last 4 months to shed weight or improve were possible.
This bike is in beautiful condition and is a one off.
