Does anyone have a 531 or similar steel frame and fork around 57/58cm that they would part with? 700c wheels with mudguard clearance and rack mounts are a must. Cash for the right frame, cosmetics unimportant but no dents or cracks. Audax/light touring. 25mm tyres or so.

Budget up to £100 so I'm not expecting any handbuilt Italian stuff and I DO expect to have to send it for powder coating. This is for a gent who has had his audax/work bike nicked. It was an alloy 58cm Scott flatbar roadbike and although insured we haven't got a limitless budget.
