Tonard road frame info

Hi there -- do you have the serial for this frame?

I am trying to ID something very similar that purports to be Holdsworth but the serial doesn't seem to be Holdsworth... see: viewtopic.php?p=2989706#p2989706

If I remember correctly the Tonard Brazing Company made a lot of chrome steel carrier racks. They were three point fixing. Didnt know they made frames.

Mhmmm fair enough. Meanwhile, I commented because I'm just trying to establish who made my frame, and the discussion above about someone at Tonard doing their own frames in a similar style of Holdsworth is why I came here... maybe mine is the same person etc.
