Titanium stem with 15 D + rise-dodgy back alert

Hi all,
I'm building my ultimate (at least to me) rigid Ti MTB and looking for a 1" or 1 1/8" ahead 100-120 mm ti stem with at least 15 degree rise. If anyone could help me with this issue, I'd be most grateful!
