Have you tried Wallapop? There are some, but not well known. There are dome EDR (reputated here in 90's) and this one. 50€ aprox.

I know @kingoffootball has a ITM Krystal Ti stem with some rise and shortish reach but I doubt he’ll sell for love nor money!!

Haha, no. It came with my Aende and it will "soon" go back on it when I build it up.

I know! You’ll probably be like (a longer termed version of me) - build photograph then after about 15 years in the making, decide it’s not for you and sell!.
The stem has been in their so long it’s probably stuck !!

The stem is not currently in the frame The frameset is stored with just the headset and front derailleur fitted and all the parts are in a storage box.

My biggest concern is (as usual) that it's too small for me!
