Isn't that the Sugino disc? not Tioga. still looks a good deal.

I thought the radial ones came later and were therefore Tioga, but I don't really know much about them.

It actually states in the descrption it is a Sugino one.

Looks like a Sugino but I’m no expert - only ever owned a few of these and never built one
