This might possibly work for a build I need to do. What size seatpost does it take?

Measures 30.4 / 30.8 with the tool I have. There is a (fairly short) seatpost with it as pictured

Unfortunately the existing seatpost wouldn't be long enough for my needs. I was wondering whether I would already have a replacement, but I don't have any in that size.

Do you know the seat tube meaurement? Just trying to work out what length seatpost would be required.
