Ti-Mega - how do YOU pronounce the Ti?

Theres another personal favourite from GT with their Karakorum

I've heard a few say it 'carack-arum' emphasizing the 'kracka' sound

A quick survey of the ever reliable and totally accurate internet finds it is indeed how I've been saying it, which is the 'long' version 'kaarakorum'.

Except, of course, GT spelt(spell) it Karakoram, which might affect the way people pronounce it.

I say:

titan - tie-tn - sounds like "tighten"

titania - ti-t(ah)-ni-a

titanium - ti-t(ay)-ni-um

ti-mega - tie mega
