TI frame ID please

Thanks again.

@24pouces : is US made TI still the best possible TI Tubing today ?
@woz : Parkpre is another credible lead. You're right, dropouts sometimes give away information about the workmanship put into TI frames from that era (Merlin's Taiga was "entry level" and had the the simpler / rougher dropouts of all the Merlins i've seen, same for the Pisgah...)

Re:

You got to remember a lot of credible or wanna be credible brands felt compelled to have 'something' Ti in the brochure. Even Wheeler, Crescent for example so they looked to Russia and/or China for construction, but not necessarily design.

I've owned a few Ti frames, but still the Sandvik remains the best workmanship, and the older equiv. of todays Van Nicholas from China is right up there.

I've sold on Lynsky and Litespeeds for one reason or another with no regrets. Still need to try a Merlin, Moots, Serrotta, Pasonni......etc. etc.

Re:

litespeed made frames had 2 holes in the dropouts. but that's all in that direction... frame looks strange.
