I mixed up a couple of recent ebay sales and sent a set of xt brakes to a guy in England, nad his hub to, well what turned out to be a shipping on company, with its end destination in Bulgaria.
After the initial sorry emails the brake recipient sent it back, was refunded totally with an extra fiver for a beer on me for his trouble. All in all he was very good about it. Very understanding
The guy who paid for the brakes and got a hub i could have told you from the start was going to turn into a nightmare.
Starts hounding me for return postal fee. To which i tell him those are refunded upon recipt of the hub.
More emails, completely ignoring all ive said and demanding payment.
 knew it
This goes on back and forth and then i discover that he's put in a dispute whilst we're talking and happily bumping it on.
Im more than sure id have lost a hub mysteriously disappeared in eastern europe postal system along with the return fee. And then a complete refund.
So i kept refusing and insisting we continue through ebay/paypal as that was clear how he wanted it, despite telling me other.
My end of paypal i had the option to ask it to be returned in order to be refunded. So this is now me and paypal telling him to return it.
I get an email saying paypal are unable to solve the problem and i must send him the money now.
Truth of it was paypal would only pay him once it was returned, and it was now totally clear this was never his intention. If id sent the return payment id be out that, plus the initial costs of the brakes, and i am more that sure no hub either.

In ebay, as in in my options, i specify which countries i will post to and which im not.
Bulgaria is amongst those not.
This clown doesnt follow the rules. So to sidestep my criteria, he has it first sent to a shipping company in England, then on to Bulgaria.
The fact he's willing to do this shows me his entire personality and how he conducts business. So on that note i ask you to beware if dealing with him.
