Teesdale (?) fillet brazed stem w/ bottle brazes

Bought a bike from a gentleman & he had a lot of really nice original 80's rides. He decked many of them out with high-end custom components.
The stem is fillet brazed & has bottle brazes. It's a 2 bolt clamp.
I don't have the bike here & never removed the stem = can't read by quill. Rest of stem has no markings.

Seller said stem was made by Tom Teesdale. Can anyone verify that or identify it as another ?

I’m not sure anyone will be able to confirm it’s a Teesdale, or anyone else’s. Presumably custom and very long!

It's definitely custom & well-crafted
I would guess it is 150mm & 20 degrees
Be kind of hard to have a bottle mounted on a short reach or at 0 degrees - LOL
