tech legend - tange infinity, exage lx 500 - info needed

Hey, here again.

Does anybody have any info on tech bikes? I did not find... Stated made in Canada and written on the bar: tech by trade.
It's used but not abused, bit rusty (hope not inside of the tubes) white, my size and would be very cheap

its nice and clean, looking at the pictures. I say if the price is right buy it and then start tinkering with the build
