One of the greatest* cycling spectacles I've had the pleasure of witnessing, is the folding-bike race held around Spitalfields Market...






*maybe greatest is a bit strong, but it was a top laugh, particularly with folks racing in three piece pinstripe work suits and bowlers!

Beware the Micro handles, to be nice, badly. A Brompton has rear sus to help deal with small wheeled handling. The Micro's twitchy and unstable especially if your tall, thankfully rubbish brakes help prevent stoppy induced face plants. Mind you once you've mastered the wee beast it can make a nippy town steed.
