Wanted Syncros stem - 1 1/8 ahead

Looking for a Syncros cattlehead stem

Needs to be 1 1/8 ahead. 120-140mm. Must be the earlier clamp version - not hinged. Must be 0 degree.



Ideally black but silver can work as I’ll have it painted. Condition either mint ready to go , or a scratched one ready to paint is fine.

I have one in black. The length is 140mm, it's 0 degree and it's not hinged. The only issue is that it's missing it's steerer clamp insert and the top cap. But possibly you'd have ones you could take of one of these stems you'd have going spare, seeing as you seem pretty keen on them and I'm thinking you might already have a few? But might be easier for you to hang fire and see if anyone else offers up a complete stem.

Sure, see the ones below. I thought you may well have had a Syncros stem to take the necessary bits from, so bad luck there. I think it's quite easy to find the top caps but I don't know about the other bit. Some research should help. The silver ones you've been offered might be a better bet for you though but of course there's work involved in painting etc. But since you've had two replies to your wanted ad during the first day you posted it, you may well find you get more replies with exactly what you're after if you wait a while.

Ideally from the UK please.

I’d buy from Spain purely as I’ve an address to ship it too there and avoid issues but elsewhere is too much hassle now

I've bought many times from Germany to Spain. You can do the same. Shipping to Spain. Usually cost 15€.
But i see this stem is 25,4mm. You wanted 28.6mm...

There are others in KJleinanzeigen in 1-1/8.
