swap??

i seem to keep getting bikes that are to big for me ha ha, so fancy a swap (or may just sell) any of these as bikes or just frame ect for 16 inch frame, prefer steel, must be solid ready to use, both are 18 inch

Its a 17 but i would say a small 17 with a pretty short tt , its very scruffy but sound .

I cant remember off the top of my head but im sure its only 21.5 inch , the frame is listed as 17.5 , i think the specs are in the archive
