Swap: Very small 1999 S-Works for M900

Swap my 1999 M4 S-Works, really good condition but a small ding on the top tube...better pictures later. Disc brake convertor included...do not have the standard 10mm studs to run V.
It is small....about 13.5" centre to top

BB removed but I'll include it...it's a bit rough...or I have a new XT

Swap for M900 parts...why?
