I'm not a Cannondale afficianado (just an admirer) and don't actually know which model or year this is, but it is BBQ black and has an LX front mech and an LX rear mech which is definitely more modern than the rest of the bike (i expect it was XT), XT parallel push v brakes, sachs power grip 8sp shifters, DD60 headshok, and what appears to be a fox vanilla. It has a fancy cnc coda 502 chainset, the usual coda "way-long stem, coda brake levers, coda hubs and rigida rims.
