Hi Guys,
I have been leading British Cycling Guided rides for a few months now and just realized that i could open the rides up to you lot.....doh
I lead mainly cross country off road rides around the South Lincolnshire, the routes are quite easy on the bikes but can be hard on the body due to the constant head wind and lack of downhills to have a rest on.
My next ride is this coming Sunday the 25th and the meet is 9am at the Rose and Crown pub in Holbeach Hurn PE12 8JN. Its down as being a 34 miler but can be paired back to distances between 15 7 34 miles depending on time & fitness constraints
