Non original paint and ding to drive side chainstay. Frame number 91G1223. Was assured it was indeed a Stumpy frame...can we tell from the frame number? Only asking £25 posted. Frame is in Kent, £10 collected.

Not sure if it's a stumpy, but looks to be a 91.
The ding is factory, to give extra clearance for inner chain rings

Could you clarify the c to c and c to t measurements please? If the "16.5 inch" is c to c then this might be a 17.5 inch frame after all.
