Why do you need a tool - all you need is a car and a piece of strong rope....
[I seem to recall a post on here many moons ago suggesting that someone had tied a frame to a gatepost and the other end to a car and put pedal to the metal....]
Although it may be a valid method, it still makes me chuckle to picture the potential disasters that this method could bring....
