Ian Brown is overjoyed, saying:

'We plan on spending the rest of the day jumping
up and down and rubbing our hands together

They'll be pocketing some serious wedge from this.
My prediction...a full tour next year, including both V festivals, then headlining Glasto 2013...then rehab ;)

GUTTED is an understatement

Worked the nightshift then stayed up all morning trying

Had 7 different ticket sites open at 9.30am & every single one kept crashing

put my card details in 1 & then it crashed

No way am I paying over £100 per ticket, hope you all enjoy the gigs whoever was lucky

Don't be disheartened.

I went down to the Roger Waters gigs at the 02 and it was rumoured one night Gilmour was playing, we only had 4 tickets for 6 of us, but right there at the gig another fan had spare tickets. Face value was paid.

You will get a ticket at the gig if you can't get one before.

I think for this generation though, will they fit in?

Think of how many tickets have been sold to 30 somethings reliving the good old days...

couldn't bloody play live back in the day, so not sure why anyone reckons they'll be any good now.

Maybe they weren't always in time (which is a bit of a handicap, admittedly) but Ian Brown has improved massively over the last 15 years, the solo tours have helped him a hell of a lot.

Mani, Reni and Squire though? If Page and Plant ever wanted a backing band...
