stolen or not

Hello,
I'm located in Lithuania, so two weeks ago I saw advertisement with 10 bikes for sale (yes 10 it is not normally for one person ).
The question is: are these bikes were stolen or it's just a joke? The person told that the bikes are in the United Kingdom and he cant measure frames or take more pictures. According to ip location is CRAWLEY,ENGLAND,GB.

If the bikes are in the UK, why are they advertised in Lithuania? Bit odd.
What makes you think they're stolen?
Plenty of people on this forum have way more than 10 bikes!

I like the purple Vitus. Pity theres no info on size, equipment etc..
