stem for pace rc200

Hi all, i am looking for a stem for my pace rc200, the steerer tube is 1 inch but i have a shim for an 1 1/8 inch stem so either would do, trying to get a silver 1 or gold 1, either would be ok approx 110mm long and riser or what ever you think, im 6ft and the bike is a 18inch. cheers... Graham
