Wanted Steer Tube to Crown Press Fit Ring Thingy 28.6 to 30 mm

Hello,

I am looking for a steerer tube spacer to press in a new tube into an Ultimate crown. I have a titanium tube from Christian Jenning (Tune), but need to get the spacer to go from 28.6 mm to 30.0 mm of the crown. I have lifted these pictures from his eBay listing. He rarely answers emails if at all, so I am trying to find one here, or if someone can point me in the right direction in Europe/EU that would be cool too! I believe I need the style that is flanged, but frankly am not sure! He had two different styles shown on his page, but only sold one type. Thank you!

Crown ID = 30 mm
Steer tube OD = 28.6 mm
Ultimate Machine crown

It's the same thing that's used on Pace and IRD forks, too, if that helps at all with your search.
