Normally have porterhouse or just whatever sometimes.
Has to be 20oz though with double chips.

Slightly ashamed, that I'm a rather unsophisticated philistine that likes his steak very well done.

Then I think, feck it - if I'm paying for the bloody (or not, actually...) thing I'll have it just as I like it, burnt or otherwise.
