Sram or shimano?

I have the choice of 2 drivetrains for a build. Xt or sram xo. Both are in great condition.

The sram set up is triple 9 spd, med cage with an 11-32 cassette. The xt is long cage triple but with a 34t cassette.

Any advice welcome

Anyway we should stop making such a raclette. we're being a bit of a paneer ? Must be a roule against it.
