spoke size help

i know these aren't retro but can anyone tell me what size spokes i would need for dt 240 hubs and sun equalizer rims (32h, 26", rim brake version)

You would need to state the spoking pattern too, radial, 2 cross, 3 cross etc.

according to the calculator on dtswiss.com using an ERD of 548mm (from the Sun web site) and 3x 268mm front. rear 267mm (non-drive) and 265mm (drive side)

if you want a different lacing you need to re-calculate but it's easy and straightforward on their web site.

Dunno but tell more about the Ti spokes. Are you going for the ti-dye? I have a rear wheel built up with ti-dyes on a 3 cross pattern and it weighs in at a svelte 772g.

Where are you getting the spokes from too?
