I've all the parts to build up some wheels, except spokes, and as 64 spokes aren't exactly cheap (looking at using DT Revolution) I need to make sure I get the right spoke lengths, but i find the online calculators I've found to be either pretty confusing, or they don't list the rims/hubs I'm using.

Anyone got any links, top tips etc on calculating spoke length??

Rims: Mavic MA40MB
Hubs: Hope TiGlide front & rear
Lacing: Snowflake front, 3-cross rear.

Tried that, using digital calipers to take the measurements, comes up as 277mm/276mm (non drive/drive side).
Not sure I trust it though :?

Edit: maybe my measuring was wrong, this site: https://leonard.io/edd/ actually has the hubs and rims I'm using listed in its database, and came up with 267/268mm...

Mavic MA40 26" MTB - ERD 550

Hope TiGlide rear.

I was going to suggest that leonard.io site. They have MA40 rims (I'm assuming you're running 26") and Ti Glide, although rear only unless you're running discs.

yeah it's TiGlide front & rear. I guess the rear non-drive side will be about the same as the front spoke length as it's offset more.
So do I add a few mm's to the front spokes to take into account the twists of the snowflake lacing pattern?

Do the ti-glide disc and non-disc use different spoke lengths?

I don't know, but i tried the calcs with the rear disc & non-disc hubs listed and there was only 1mm difference in it, which is acceptable as far as I'm concerned.
