Spin carbon tri-spokes

Just seen some spin carbon tri-spokes on ebay, the rear doesnt have a rim on it.

Just wanting to know if it requires a specific 'spin' rim or if i can fit pretty much any 26" mtb rim to it?

Any help would be great

I'm not an expert on them but i though the Alloy rim was glued or bonded to the Carbon centre, most probably not a standard rim, if the rim gets worn or damaged the wheel is scrap.

Or would certainly be a specialist job to replace.

I work in aerospace and used to work in composites so im thinking its possible to repair. Im thinking it would have been bonded as well as some form of mechanical fasteners.

If it doesn't work out on Ebay, I have a set for sale, front wheel is good rear a damaged rim.
