Specialized SWorks Pro Z21 wheelset, with Shimano XT hubs

Hi there, for sale is lovely pair of very lightweight Specialized SWorks Pro Z21 wheelset, with Shimano XT hubs in good, but used condition. Sold as seen in photos including/featuring:

Specialized SWorks Z-21 Pro rims (with original SWorks decals still showing)
Double butted spokes with gold alloy nipples
Shimano XT M-737 parallax hubset, including QR skewers
Shimano XT M-737 cassette (8spd – 30t to 11t ratio)
Vredestein Ultralight folding tyre – Grinder 26x1.9 (rear)
Vredestein Ultralight folding tyre – Slizer 26x1.9 (front)
Continental lightweight inner tubeset (front & rear)

General condition is pretty good with the hub bearings & cassette being extremely smooth. XT Cassette has minimal wear & no chain slip when used with new chain. However the tyres are perforated from age & cold storage. The wheels are true, but the rims are moderately worn from brake pad use.

What are the walls like? Is the rubber starting to crust at all ?

I bought them boxed NOS 2 yrs ago from an Italy. They were immaculate/ not cracked. I built the bike, road it 4-5times. But keeping uk cold winter garage storage they have cracked a lot to be honest. Good condition, little use but yes cracked.
