Edit: Looking for around £1400 or PX on something bigger, PM me your offers please,
Just testing the water really to see what I'm offered for my pride and joy. I don't really want to part with it but if the right offer comes along then we may part ways. I have had it for 18months and during this time it has had a complete overhaul including a new White paintjob with new decals (was de-anodised from Black) and had the pivot bearings replaced. There are a few chips on it mainly on the chain stay/wheel stay areas but nothing major. I would say for a 2004 BigHit it is in excellent condition as are the parts fitted. Everything other than the frame/forks were bought new.
So here goes with the spec list:
2004 Specialized BigHit FSR frame in size medium,
2005 Marzocchi Junior T forks,
Marzocchi Acerbis fender/mudguard,
NC-17 Big D Pro bars,
DMR Swarm stem,
Superstar UNO headset,
Funn lock-on grips,
BLKMarket end caps,
Avid Juicy 3's in White with red Superstar quad layer hoses,
203mm Superstar floating disc rotors Front/Rear,
Mowa alloy hose clips in Red,
A2Z 203mm disc adapters,
24" Fireye Exelerant rims with Black Halo spokes and Red alloy Halo nipples on Superstar Switch Evo hubs,
24" DMR rim tapes,
Raceface Diabolus crankset with 38T Raceface Single DH ring in Red,
Superstar Plasma chain device in White/Red,
Fireye PJ-ACr pedals in Red,
Fox Vanilla DH rear shock with Red Speed Stuff shock sock,
Superstar seatpost in Red,
Superstar seat clamp in Red,
SDG Alisso Seat in White,
Shimano SLX 9spd shifter,
Shimano SLX 9spd rear mech,
Red alloy jockey wheels,
Sram PG-990 9spd Redwin Red,
Hope QR Skewers front/rear in Red,
24" Maxxis Hookworm tyres,
24" Maxxis High Roller tyres,
24" Nokian 1.1mm Butyl DH tubes,
Mowa valve caps in Red.
I think that just about covers it.
From start to finish I have spent just under 2.2k on this build so sensible offers only please.
Thank you,
Neil.
