They look like Bullseye to me. But may be American classic...

EDIT: Pretty sure they’re Bullseye, the profile is wrong for American Classic / Kingsberry.

I remember the spokes from a donkeys age ago but couldnt find any reference to them. I'm sure we all had 'that' cycling buddy who seemed to have everything whilst we were still getting excited about taking off a 200GS rear mech and replacing it with 400LX...
