Up for sale is a retro specialized Allez elite frameset (circa year 2000) This belonged to an elderly family friend which he owned from new, illness and age put a stop to his riding and it has been sat in his cellar for the last 20 or so years, it was very dusty and grubby when it was passed onto me, I have had it all apart, cleaned the headset and repacked with fresh grease, for a bike frame of this age it is in very good condition, really nice paint work, it does however have a few cosmetic blemishes here and there, and a couple of small areas where it appears the paint has started to weather I have tried to capture these in the pictures, over all though, I’d say it is pretty tidy, very lightweight too. What’s included: Frame and forks Headset Stem (the face plate is here too just not pictured) Bars - these need to be de-gunked, I’ll do this over the next few days, 20 year old bar tape residue needs to be removed Seat post Seat clamp Cable guides (downtube and under bb shell) Collection from Amesbury, Wilts is much preferred, however I am happy to post it using parcel force. £150 posted?
