SOLD Original Mavic Crossmax wheelset, rear is spares/repair

Here I have an original set of Mavic crossmax wheels circa 1996 with ceramic rims.

The front needs new bearing but apart from that is great! Really nice...

The rear hub and cassette are great however the rear rim has a crack where a spoke has broke through, quite clearly old damage.

These were sold to me as excellent condition by another retrobiker and I paid top money for them but am just trying to recoup a little of my loss.
(Shame on you mr seller!)....

I thought about looking for another rim however I’m not patient enough and have never laced a wheel so am offering this sale and am describing their condition correctly as they should have been described to me in the first place.

Only £90 PayPal gift inc postage to UK mainland to move them on......

Come with great skewers also...

Yes... sadly communication has ended. Unbelievable to be honest mate!
So disappointed as I work on honesty and trust.

I’ll regret this sale if a rim comes up for sale in future but I’m so miffed off that I’d rather move them on now and forget the whole experience...

Bargain I hope for someone willing to wait out for a rim or who has a set already that needs parts.

I had a Mavic XC717 rim fitted on mine using the original spokes.
