I originally purchased this to build up but after getting half way into the build I've had to admit to myself it's just too small for me.

Colnago Tecnos Competition - Rabobank Art Deco Finish - 1998/99?

Seat tube - 53 ctc (or 54.5 ctt)
Top tube - 54.5 ctc
Rear spacing - 130mm
27.2mm seatpost
1" headset

Columbus 'Thron Super' tubing
Colnago straight chrome forks - Branded
Colnago stamped logos on the bottom bracket shell and underneath
Rear brake cable internally routed
Colnago drop outs
Bottle mounts
Italian thread bottom bracket (70mm)
Stronglight headset in very good condition (smooth)

The overall condition of the frame is excellent with only a few minor scrapes and scratches. The chrome on the forks is excellent with only minor scratches and pitting. The headset is included in the sale and I also have a new Shimano UN54 bottom bracket that can be included if you want it.

£300 SOLD

Cash on collection preferred from North London but I can post in the UK for £15. Payment via Paypal gift preferred if shipping. Please see my feedback from previous sales. Thanks.

If it's a case of seatpost being too low, but reach is OK? Or is it too compact?

I have a spare carbon frame and forks I'd be happy to swap for this, if you want a rider that's less compact.....

At Retrobike we prefer you do not remove the asking after a sale, because it can be a help with valuation for other people.

Btw it is not a Tecnos, but a c-95

I now have this frame .... it great !!!
I do need help though ; I am unclear on what cassette I could run on this ; I have a wheel with a 10 speed but I think the chain would run far to close to the seat stays ....
As I am new to this ; I would really appreciate any help
