Another item up for sale, this time some lovely AMP F3 carbon forks with a pretty uncommon 1 inch steerer which is 160mm long. Forks are in great shape, no marks to the shiny, glossy carbon, and work very well with no play in the linkages as far as I can tell without strapping them on a bike and using them. Also included is the canti mount, though it has a non-standard bolt holding it in so I didn't lose it. I had planned to use these on a Fat Chance Yo Eddy project I had a while back, but that was replaced by an STS, so I have no need for these now.

I do have a nos crown/steerer unit in 1 1/8 if someone wanted to run these on a 1 1/8 frame which I could add for a few pennies more. I had toyed with the idea of using these on my pace RC200 F3, but that would be silly right.

Not sure what to ask for these tbh, as I have seen them go for crazy money on eBay, so lets say a less crazy £150 plus postage of your choice within the UK (overseas I'm wary of due to the restrictions on pressurised material and the damper could be considered that).

Re: AMP F3 carbon forks - 1 inch steerer

Is it possible to swap the steerer tubes out on these? I was thinking about using them on a standard threaded set up?

Thanks
G

You could swap the steerer out, but you would need it to be pressed out and a new one pressed in. It is a steel steerer so might be possible to thread, though it is quite thin steel so might require a thread rolling on the outside.

These are mint, but put off when I saw disc mount :/
There are folks on here who sell adapters to convert these to normal size. Got somemyself but are for another set of forks.
