For sale to help fund another build I have a lovely 1997 Trek Y11 in medium size.

Trek OCLV carbon mainframe with a few marks from usage but no serious damage, alloy rear triangle.

FOX Vanilla RX oil/coil shock in good working order.

RockShox Judy TT coil fork, stripped and rebuilt, internals are great but lower legs could do with a strip and repaint.

Shimano XT M739 chainset

Shimano 9 speed cassette.

Shimano XT M739 V brakes front and rear with new pad inserts. Tektro booster on the rear.

Shimano XT M750 front and rear mechs.

Shimano XT M737 SPD’s

Shimano Deore LX Mega 9 Shifters

SRAM 9.0 V brake levers

Shimano UN51 bottom bracket

Wheels are Swambi alloy rims on rear Truvativ sealed bearing hub and Trek System 2 front.

Tyres are a good condition pair of Ritchey Megabite 26 x 2.1’s.

FSA Orbit Extreme aheadset.

WTB Speed V saddle.

Alloy Seatpost.

Modern alloy stem.

Modern alloy 31.8 riser bars.

Specialized grips.

Bike has been taken apart, cleaned, polished, regreased etc with new inner cables and pads.

Bump - got to be worth it even if you strip for parts although it’s too cool to do that really

It's smart but you know yourself that unfortunately they don't sell for the sum of their parts as whole bikes. Maybe 60-70% of the splitting value
These seem to sell quite well on eBay though
