As in its not the only one in the UK, but yeah, pretty damn rare!
 
Somewhere I remember reading about a bike that may have been the inspiration of that bike. It was a Schwinn varsity electro forged steel roadbike frame that had the rear chainstays shortened and the seat stays repositioned. Weighed a ton but was bombproof and looked extremely similar to the lawmill. Certainly quite a few Schwinn Varsity's were Klunkered as they were way more easy to come by than the old cruiser based frames and they fitted the 26"wheels and tyres with sufficient bb height. I had a Schwinn Varsity for a bit and can confirm they were 26er compatible but my goodness it was heavy and leaden feeling to ride.
