Small steel frame wanted. Rat or nice.

I’m after a little light steel frame hopeful something double butted, for vBrakes only? Rat or nice?

I need, 15” with 100mm maximum length, 1”1/8 headtube. I’m hoping to run some 410mm P2 forks I have with it that have 165mm ahead steerer.

If you’ve something with the ahead forks that’s good also!

I have this for sale. You can have the combo for 150 € (+postage). Combo consists of frame, forks, stem and bars (all Cinelli).

addendum: you can also use your forks as it has a 1 1/8 steerer tube.

Yes and no, I’m hopeful for size 15” c-t (16” Maximum). Or a Kona 16”. Or Ti, KHS or something.
