Small bike, 15" anything considered

I'm looking for a entry level bike / frame to get something to get out on in the summer. I would need a small 15" frame as "mind your head" signs have never been an issue for me.

I am not looking to go nuts money wise, I've had a couple of GT's in the past but really am open to suggestions.

This 1993 Kona:

will be up for sale shortly, it's a Kona 16in but quite diddy and top tube is a bit shorter on the fire mountain compared to the higher up models so comes in at about 15.5in equivalent.

Won't be expensive!
