Sorted Singlespeed Frame/Bike

Medium or Large. Aiming for a lightweight rigid commuter but with an MTB frame and decent sized tyres.

We've got a couple of cotic simple frames -i think one is med, yellow or putty coloured, 1 1/8 headtube.
What toptube length do you want, like a 56?

Course if you singlespeed a geared frame you'd have 1000x as much choice

I prefer having no tensioner 1000x more than having one

I've seen so many bikes "converted" to singlespeed by owners removing all the worn and damaged parts
