Standard external type Aheadset for straight 1 1/8" steerer. Bought in 2003 for my Dave Yates. Very decent condition - only a couple of marks on the bottom of the crown race from removal. The crown race outer alloy shell / dust cover is cracked, but it did plenty of miles like that and still works fine. The steel bearing race is not affected. Top bearing feels super smooth, the bottom one needs a good clean and regrease, maybe even a new bearing, but that's just me being fussy, it's still smoother than some cheap headsets are when new
