Not as far as I know. I've seen some with just Shimano branding, no idea if they're genuine though :?

Has anyone ever had the chain jam between chainstay and tyre?
I haven't. Ever. On any bike.
I've had bog standard chainsuck and jammed the chain between chainstay and chainring.
I use these "Sharkfins" on a couple of bikes, purely as a retro chainstay protector.
Just curious as to whether anyone has found them useful for their actual intended purpose?

Yes , it drags the chain down between them and makes a funny noise as the tyre passes it. Not very often but never actually jams in the way that chainring can (tyres are flexible)

and i just found out I have none fitted to my bikes, not sure where I put them.
Was out to take pictures too :-(

Here you go, used a second tie as the double sided tape isn't strong enough to hold it on my stay.
